The STRIDE In-Laid Wooden Platform (200 × 100 × 2 cm) is a fibre-reinforced wooden panel designed to be inlaid flush into a rubber gym floor. It provides a hard, stable lifting surface for Olympic weightlifting, deadlifts, and barbell work while maintaining a seamless, trip-free floor surface.

The fibre reinforcement prevents warping and cracking under repeated heavy impact. Install in pairs or groups to create a lifting station within the rubber flooring.
