The STRIDE Triceps Dip provides a guided vertical pressing motion that targets the triceps as the primary mover, with secondary engagement of the chest and front deltoids. The fixed handles ensure consistent hand position and elbow tracking.
Weight stack resistance allows users to add load beyond bodyweight or use assistance for those building up to full bodyweight dips. Suitable for commercial gyms and training facilities.
