As Installation Project Coordinator, you ensure that every sold project is translated into a realistic, executable plan. You align timing, capacity, logistics, and site preparation so delivery runs smoothly from start to finish.
STRIDE sells design + equipment + execution. You make sure that what is sold can actually be delivered. As Installation Project Coordinator, you turn every sold project into a realistic execution plan and manage timing, capacity, logistics, and site preparation from A to Z. You think ahead, intervene before things go wrong, and are comfortable saying “no” when reality requires it. You are not a firefighter — you build planning systems that work.
The result: less chaos, fewer last-minute issues, and more reliable delivery.

01. YOUR ROLE
You are the link that closes the loop between sales promise → executable planning → correct execution.
- You translate quotes, designs, and plans into a solid project plan (people, time, materials, dependencies).
- You create workload estimates: installers, site days, preparation, buffers, logistics, and transport.
- You manage capacity, conflicts, deadlines, and priorities — and perform impact analysis when changes occur.
- You perform operational and technical feasibility checks before and during execution (measurements, installation sequence, subfloor/anchoring, accessibility).
- You communicate clearly and factually with all stakeholders (internal and external), keeping things tight and professional without drama.
- You take ownership of follow-up: confirmations, changes, escalations — nothing is left hanging.
Work Rythm (Realistic)
- Approx. 80% planning & coordination (Odoo), 20% on-site reality (site checks, kick-offs, follow-up).
- Projects are mainly in Belgium, with regular sites across Europe (travel is part of the job, but not constant).
Mandate
- You manage the planning as the single source of truth.
- In conflict situations (e.g. timing vs. promises), you are backed by operations/GM: planning logic and data take priority.
02. Your profile
Must-haves
- You think in flows and dependencies: analytical, structured, and priority-driven.
- You have operational realism: you plan in hours/days, with buffers, preparation time, and error margins.
- You communicate clearly, calmly, and assertively: you can set boundaries without drama.
- You take ownership: you maintain the system, adjust when needed, and close things properly.
- You are strong in planning tables and structured follow-up, and you switch tools quickly.
- You learn/work smoothly with Odoo (Sales, Inventory, Project, Field Service).
- Languages (required): Dutch, French, and English.
Nice-to-haves
- ERP / resource planning experience.
- Experience with installation planning, production planning, or site coordination.
- Familiarity with KPIs such as utilisation, lead time, and on-time delivery.
- Additional languages: Spanish (big plus), or German / Italian / Polish.

STRIDE verkoopt design + materiaal + uitvoering. Jij zorgt dat dat ook écht uitvoerbaar wordt. Als Projectcoördinator Installaties maak jij van elk verkocht project een realistisch plan en bewaak je timing, capaciteit, logistiek en werfvoorbereiding van A tot Z. Je bent de schakel die sales-belofte → uitvoerbare planning → correcte uitvoering sluit.
- Je vertaalt offerte + design + plannen naar een projectplanning die klopt (mensen, tijd, materialen, afhankelijkheden)
- Je maakt workload-inschattingen: installateurs, werfdagen, voorbereiding, buffers, logistiek/transport
- Je bewaakt capaciteit, conflicten, deadlines en prioriteiten — en maakt impactanalyse bij wijzigingen
- Je doet een operationele/technische haalbaarheidscheck vóór en tijdens uitvoering (maatvoering, montagevolgorde, ondergrond/ankering, toegankelijkheid)
- Je communiceert helder en feitelijk met betrokken stakeholders (intern + extern) en houdt de lijn strak zonder drama
- Je neemt ownership over opvolging: bevestigingen, wijzigingen, escalaties — niets blijft zweven
Werkritme (Realistisch)
- Richting: ±80% planning & coördinatie (Odoo), ±20% werfrealiteit (site check/kick-off/opvolging)
- Projecten lopen vooral in BE, met regelmatige werven in Europa (travel is onderdeel van de job, maar niet permanent on the road)

- Jij beheert de planning als bron van waarheid.
- Bij conflictsituaties (bv. timing vs. belofte) heb je backing van operations/GM: planning logica en data primeren.
