Article 1: Scope
These terms apply to all offers and sales through our webshop, to consumers and to professional buyers. A consumer is a natural person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A professional buyer buys for their business, association or organisation, for example a fitness club, a company or a public authority.
By placing an order, you accept these terms. A professional buyer's own terms and conditions only apply if we have accepted them in writing.
For projects based on a personal quotation (design, supply and installation), the terms of that quotation apply. These terms complement them where the quotation says nothing.
Article 2: Offer and product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos may show accessories or set-ups that are not included in the price: what is included is stated in the product description.
Obvious errors, such as a clearly wrong price or a typo, do not bind us. In that case we contact you before we process the order, and you can cancel it free of charge.
Availability and delivery times on the website are indicative. They are based on our stock and on information from our suppliers. If a product turns out not to be available after all, we let you know as soon as possible and propose an alternative or refund what you have already paid.
Links to other websites are for information only. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
Article 3: Prices
Prices are stated in euros, or in the currency the website shows for your country.
As most of our customers are professional buyers, the webshop shows prices excluding VAT by default. The price including VAT is always available: through the VAT switch on the website, on the product page and in your cart.
Consumers pay the price including VAT. Before you confirm your order, the checkout shows the total price including VAT and all delivery costs.
Professional buyers in another EU member state with a valid VAT number (checked in VIES) are invoiced without Belgian VAT, as an intra-Community supply, where the law allows it.
Delivery costs, and any free delivery, are shown at checkout before you confirm.
The price in your order confirmation is final: we do not increase it afterwards. Promotions are valid while stocks last or for the period stated.
Article 4: Order and contract
You order by following the steps in the webshop. Before you confirm, you can review your order and correct any mistakes.
After your order you receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded at the moment of that confirmation.
We may refuse an order or make it subject to special conditions, such as payment in advance, in case of incomplete or incorrect details, exceptionally large quantities, orders by minors or earlier payment problems. We let you know as soon as possible.
We keep your order electronically. Our electronic records and messages serve as evidence, unless proven otherwise.
Article 5: Payment
You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout for your country, such as Bancontact, iDEAL, debit or credit card through our payment partner, or by bank transfer. Your payment details are processed over a secure connection by our payment partner; we do not receive your full card details.
If you pay by bank transfer, we ship your order once we have received the payment.
If a professional buyer pays on invoice, the payment term on the invoice applies. In case of late payment, the interest and the fixed compensation provided for by the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions are due.
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full. The risk passes to a consumer when they, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. For professional buyers, the risk passes on delivery.
Article 6: Delivery
We deliver to the countries you can select as delivery country at checkout. The available shipping methods and their costs depend on the address and the order, and are shown before you confirm. We ship parcels with bpost, and heavy or bulky goods on pallets with a transport partner.
You can also always collect your order at our warehouse in Zwijnaarde once we let you know it is ready.
The delivery times on the product page and at checkout are indicative and depend on stock and on the delivery country. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver to consumers no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. If we do not deliver on time, the consumer can give us a reasonable additional period and, if we still do not deliver, terminate the contract. We then refund what they have already paid without delay.
Pallet shipments are delivered to the door on the ground floor, without placement, unless agreed otherwise. Please make sure the delivery address is accessible for a truck. If a delivery fails because of the buyer, for example due to absence or a wrong address, we may charge the cost of a new delivery.
Check the goods when you receive them. Note any visible damage or missing packages on the carrier's delivery note and report them with photos to [email protected], preferably within 48 hours. For consumers, this does not affect the legal guarantee. Professional buyers report visible defects within 8 days of delivery; after that, the goods are deemed accepted as regards visible defects.
A professional buyer can cancel an order free of charge until it has been shipped. Once the transport has left, we charge 65 euros for administration and transport, plus the actual cost of the return. Consumers keep their right of withdrawal (Article 7).
Article 7: Right of withdrawal for consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If the goods of one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, by email to [email protected] or by letter to Let's Do It BV – STRIDE Europe, Industriepark Zwijnaarde 2, 9052 Zwijnaarde, Belgium. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You are on time if you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice, to the same address. For pallet shipments, we agree on the return together.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that by their nature cannot be returned by post, such as pallet shipments, that cost is estimated at no more than the shipping rate shown for that delivery when you ordered.
Only handle the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value caused by other handling.
We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your notice, using the same means of payment and at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We do not refund the extra cost of a delivery method more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, such as flooring cut to size, racks or colours made to measure, or goods with your logo. Nor does it apply to a service, such as an installation, that has been fully performed after you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you would then lose your right of withdrawal. If a service starts at your request during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what has already been performed if you withdraw.
Professional buyers have no legal right of withdrawal. The money-back guarantee of Article 8 applies to them.

Article 8: 30-day money-back guarantee
In addition to the legal right of withdrawal, we give a commercial guarantee: the 30-day money-back guarantee. It applies to consumers and to professional buyers.
Within 30 calendar days of delivery, you can return a product you bought in our webshop and get the purchase price of that product refunded, under these conditions:
- you first announce the return to [email protected] with your order number; we send you the instructions and the return address;
- the product is unused, undamaged and complete, in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals;
- the cost of the return is borne by you; you pack the product well and return palletised goods on a pallet, in agreement with us;
- products made to measure, to your specifications or personalised, and products assembled or installed by us or on your site, are excluded.
We refund the purchase price of the returned product within 14 days after we have received and checked it, using the same means of payment. We do not refund the original delivery costs, except in case of a withdrawal under Article 7.
The guarantee is given by Let's Do It BV, at the address above, and applies to deliveries in all countries we deliver to. It does not affect your legal rights: the right of withdrawal (Article 7) and the legal guarantee (Article 9) remain fully applicable.
Article 9: Legal guarantee
Consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of two years from delivery for any lack of conformity that exists at delivery, under the rules on the sale of consumer goods in the Belgian Civil Code. A defect that becomes apparent within two years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise or unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or of the defect.
Report a defect to [email protected] within two months of discovering it, with your proof of purchase. We repair or replace the goods free of charge. If that is impossible or disproportionate, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate the sale.
For professional buyers, we pass on the manufacturer's warranty. They report hidden defects within two months of discovering them. Our obligation is limited to repair or replacement or, if that is not possible, a refund of the purchase price of the defective product.
The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by an accident, incorrect or improper use, failure to follow the manual or the maintenance instructions, or changes made to the product.
Article 10: Liability
Install and use our products according to the manual. Equipment that must be anchored must be installed as prescribed.
Towards professional buyers, we are only liable for direct damage, and at most for the price of the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit or loss of customers.
These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, in case of death or personal injury, or to rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
Article 11: Force majeure
Force majeure is any circumstance beyond our control that prevents us from meeting our obligations, such as strikes, transport disruptions, failures of suppliers, natural disasters, epidemics or war. During force majeure, our obligations are suspended.
If force majeure lasts longer than 8 weeks, either party may terminate the contract without compensation. We refund what you paid for goods that have not been delivered.
Article 12: Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. How we use cookies is explained in our cookie policy.
Article 13: Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us at [email protected] or +32 9 274 25 56. We will look for a solution together with you.
If we cannot reach a solution together, a consumer can turn to the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, www.consumerombudsman.be. Consumers in another EU country can also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
These terms and our contracts are governed by Belgian law. For consumers, this choice does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
A consumer can bring a dispute before the court of their place of residence or before another court designated by law. For disputes with professional buyers, the courts of Ghent, Ghent division, have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 14: Final provisions
If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force. If we do not exercise a right, this does not mean that we waive it.
We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms in force at the time you placed it.
These terms exist in several languages. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails, unless another language version is more favourable to the consumer.
