This policy covers www.strideeurope.com, our webshop, our forms and the follow-up of your requests, orders and questions.
Which data and what for?
We only process the data we need, for the purposes and on the legal bases below (Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Without the data needed for an order or a request, we cannot process or answer it. After the retention period, we delete or anonymise the data.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data. We only share it with parties who need it for the purposes above:
- Odoo SA (Belgium): hosting of our website, webshop and business software, in the European Union;
- Cloudflare: delivery and security of the website, and the protection of our forms against spam (Turnstile);
- Microsoft: email and booking appointments (Microsoft 365, Bookings);
- payment service providers such as Mollie, and banks, to process your payment;
- transport partners such as bpost and Transuniverse, and other carriers for pallet shipments: name, delivery address, phone number and email address for the delivery;
- installation partners, if we have an installation carried out at your premises;
- Google: address suggestions at checkout (Google Places) and the reviews on our website;
- only with your consent: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta, LinkedIn, Metricool, Vimeo and Leadinfo, which recognises from your IP address which company visits our website (see our cookie policy);
- our accountant, lawyers and public authorities, where the law requires it.
Parties that process data on our behalf do so on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some of these parties, such as Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare, Meta, LinkedIn and Vimeo, may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified under it, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections, access only for staff who need it, encrypted storage of passwords and regular backups.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to have its processing restricted, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can always object to direct marketing.
If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the processing before that. For cookies, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; for the newsletter, use the link in every email.
Send your request to [email protected]. We may ask you to prove your identity. We reply within one month; for complex requests, this period can be extended by two months.
If you disagree with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be, or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal effects. Google, Meta and LinkedIn only build profiles for personalised ads with your consent.
Minors
Our website is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
