Frequently asked questions

Process & delivery

STRIDE works with one team and one process: from concept and a free 3D design, through production to delivery and installation. For around 95% we work with our own product line, so that quality, delivery and service stay in one hand. You have a single point of contact and never have to coordinate suppliers yourself.

Yes. With a 3D design you see your gym before anything is built, so you won't be caught out by the dimensions or constraints of your space. To get started we need: a sketch or plan of your space, a list of the (large) equipment you want, and the purpose of the space or the type of training you deliver. A moodboard and a target budget always help.

STRIDE can take care of the entire installation. With our installation calculator you can even see exactly what the installation will cost you. Want to take on part of it yourself? Then you put together your own package and handle certain tasks yourself. Read more about this on the Installation methods page.

Prefer to do it entirely yourself? With our STRIDE DIY package you get all the materials — except the machines — to carry out your project yourself. It comes with a custom-generated DIY Manual that explains, product by product, exactly how to install everything, tailored to the products you are setting up.

An average project with installation takes us around 3 months. Some projects are wrapped up within a month — it depends on the availability of materials and installation teams, and whether custom work is involved (such as a Sprinttrack with a logo). Standard equipment orders we usually ship within the week from our warehouse in Belgium.

We deliver throughout Europe. Keep in mind that these are often heavy and bulky materials: transport takes some time and isn't cheap. We install in most countries, certainly for larger projects from around €25,000. We have installation teams across Europe; depending on the project, colleagues from other countries come along to assist.

Both. With new builds we can anticipate floor heights, power sockets and other interior details in advance, so that our products and installation come into their own even better. In existing spaces we transform almost any indoor or outdoor area into a stunning gym.

Products & specifications

Yes. STRIDE products are designed for commercial use and sit in the highest segment.

We are a specialist in flooring for fitness and sports performance. We often start from a combination of a Sprinttrack and rubber flooring, complemented with other flooring types depending on the application. The full range is on our flooring page.

  • Wall-mounted — fixed to the wall: space-saving, exceptionally solid and usually the most affordable solution. Downside: you only work on one side with squat racks. We're also happy to wall-mount other rack types for extra sturdiness (e.g. with our Raptor 30cm beams), and storage racks we prefer wall-mounted: a clean look, minimal loss of space and no front foot extensions.
  • Free-standing — stands in the middle of the space, fixed to the floor only. This lets you work on both sides with squat racks and/or storage. Depending on the design, such a rack may flex a little during intense movements (leverage effect).
  • Power racks — a selection of configurations featuring cables, storage solutions, ladders and more.

Yes. All our racks are adjustable and can be customized with our rack configurator. Ask our sales team about it, so you can build the rack of your dreams together.

Yes — from racks and free weights to cardio, functional training, mobility and finishing touches (flooring, lighting).

Absolutely. Wall frames and Slamwalls we make in any colour and with your logo. We also customize the Sprinttrack (somewhat more limited in colour). TPU dumbbells and barbells we finish with your logo; for larger volumes also bumper plates, kettlebells and so on. Bear in mind that every customization comes with a longer lead time.

Our range covers the entire strength floor: power racks, squat and half racks, power stations and wall frames, complemented by plate-loaded and pin-loaded (selectorized) machines. This lets you build a complete zone with one supplier and one consistent style.

Yes. We offer cable machines, functional trainers and dual adjustable pulleys for versatile training in a small footprint — ideal for performance, rehabilitation and group training.

Yes, both. Plate-loaded machines work with loose plates and give a natural, heavy feel; pin-loaded (selectorized) machines are quickly set with a pin — ideal where many different users take turns in rapid succession. We advise the mix that suits your audience.

Yes. Besides machines we supply flooring, functional training equipment and the classics: dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and plates. Everything from a single source and in one style, so your gym forms a coherent whole.

Ideally you install our sports floor on a screed or concrete floor, but in principle it can go on any level subfloor. Is the subfloor not perfectly level? Then, if desired, we finish it with a thin layer of self-levelling compound, so that you get a flawless end result.

Yes. To counter sound and vibrations we work with a combination of shockpad and rubber flooring. Where it really needs to be quiet, we even offer specific systems that fully decouple the sports floor from the subfloor, so that vibrations do not carry over to the rest of the building.

Price, quote & lead time

Every fit-out is bespoke — the price depends on floor area, zones and equipment choice. You'll find a handy indication in our Recent Projects: there you can filter by different types of projects and budgets.

You put together a quote via our webshop, or together with one of our designers. To do so, schedule a call directly via the booking link, get in touch via WhatsApp or the contact page, or simply call our office.

Gladly — that's usually the simplest approach. Depending on the products chosen, we can adjust up or down; for certain products we have price alternatives.

Yes, we offer leasing through an external partner. The credit decision lies with that partner and depends on the customer's creditworthiness; we have no influence over it.

Delivery only: stock products often leave the same week from our warehouse in Belgium; depending on the destination country, they arrive a few days later. The larger the order, the more preparation time. With installation: the timing depends on the availability of teams and materials — we assess that project by project.

Maintenance, warranty & service

As a general rule: a lifetime warranty on our steel products, the frames of strength stations and non-moving parts (normal wear and tear excepted). 5 years on our flooring, 2 years on functional equipment and other products, and 1 year on moving parts under normal use. Specific terms may apply — see our warranty page.

Yes. The options are listed on our page about service and maintenance contracts.

We do our best to respond within 24 hours during normal office hours. The details are on our warranty page and service contract page.

Yes, we stock and supply spare parts. We send them out as quickly as possible; the exact lead time depends on the type of part.

Physio & sports clubs

Yes. Physio and group practices, together with personal training, are our largest customer groups, and sports performance is our second-largest target audience. Our company is moreover built around training and expertise in sports performance, so we contribute ideas on both the fit-out and the training vision behind it.

We don't supply testing and measuring equipment ourselves, but we have a strong network of partner companies — such as VALD, Keiser and InBody. We integrate their setups into the design of your space.

Who we work for
