The STRIDE Olympic Decline Bench Press provides a fixed decline angle with Olympic-width barbell catches for heavy decline pressing. The decline position shifts the pressing emphasis to the lower pectorals and front deltoids.
Integrated barbell catches and safety hooks allow the user to train heavy without a spotter. Padded seat and leg roller hold the user securely in position. Built for commercial gym use.
