The STRIDE Smith Machine provides a guided vertical barbell track for controlled pressing, squatting, and rowing movements. The fixed bar path reduces the stabilisation demand, making it accessible for users who are new to barbell training or working without a spotter.
Built for heavy daily use in commercial gyms. The steel frame supports heavy loading across squats, bench press, overhead press, and barbell rows. Safety catches lock the bar at any height.
