STRIDE cable crossover
The STRIDE Cable Crossover provides two adjustable cable columns for bilateral and unilateral training. Cable height adjusts from low to high, supporting chest flyes, cable rows, face pulls, bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, and functional movements.
Weight stack resistance on each side allows independent loading. The open centre design provides space for standing, kneeling, or bench-based cable work. A versatile station for any commercial gym floor.
