STRIDE Knee lift and abdominal frame
The STRIDE Knee Lift and Abdominal Frame is a vertical station for bodyweight core training. It supports hanging knee raises, leg raises, and oblique twists — exercises that load the rectus abdominis and hip flexors through a full range of motion.
Padded arm rests and back support keep the user stable during the movement. The vertical design has a small footprint compared to floor-based ab equipment, making it a practical addition to any commercial gym floor.
