STRIDE seated leg curl
The STRIDE Seated Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings through a controlled seated curling motion. The seated position stabilises the hips and lower back, allowing focused hamstring loading.
A 100 kg CNC-machined weight stack with 5 kg increments provides progressive resistance. Semi-elliptical CR tube frame (3 mm wall thickness) with electrostatic powder coating. Aluminium alloy torsion-spring seat adjustment. 7×19 strand cables with HDPE sealed-bearing pulleys.

Warranty: 4 years on the metal frame (excluding coatings), 1 year on components.
