The Assault Air Runner PRO is a self-powered curved treadmill by Assault Fitness. The motorless design means speed is entirely controlled by the runner's position and effort on the curved deck — no buttons, no motor lag.
The large 155 × 43 cm running surface accommodates all stride lengths and running styles, from walking to full sprints. The curved deck promotes a natural forefoot strike and recruits more posterior chain muscles compared to flat motorised treadmills.
Suitable for sprint intervals, HIIT, steady-state running, and sled-style drills. Console tracks time, speed, distance, calories, and watts.
