The STRIDE Cable Grip Set bundles a range of cable attachments for use with any STRIDE station or functional trainer. Each grip is designed for a specific exercise type — from lat pulldowns and seated rows to bicep curls and tricep pushdowns.
Made from chrome-plated steel with ergonomic rubber or knurled handles, the grips deliver a comfortable, secure hold under load. Standard carabiner connections ensure quick attachment and swapping between exercises.
