STRIDE ab crunch/back extension
The STRIDE Ab Crunch / Back Extension combines two core exercises in a single station. In one direction it delivers loaded abdominal crunches targeting the rectus abdominis. Reversed, it provides back extensions for the erector spinae.
Weight stack resistance ensures smooth, controlled movement in both directions. Adjustable contact pads accommodate different body sizes. The dual-function design saves floor space by covering both anterior and posterior core training.
