The STRIDE Seated Calf isolates the calf muscles through a seated plantar flexion movement. The seated position places the knee at 90 degrees, which shifts emphasis from the gastrocnemius to the soleus compared to standing calf raises.
Weight stack resistance provides smooth, controlled loading. Adjustable knee pad accommodates different leg lengths. A dedicated station for lower leg development in commercial gyms.
