From an Empty Warehouse to a 575 m² Performance Centre

S4S is a physical preparation centre for exam candidates in Vicálvaro, Madrid, led by founder Adrián González. Since 2012 the team has prepared candidates for the Fire Brigade, National Police and Local Police physical tests, with small groups, a five-phase training system and their own app.
Their new 575 m² centre came with one big challenge: a lot of space and a lot of ideas to put in order. Candidates sprint, lift, climb, jump and push sleds, often in the same session. Together we planned a strength zone along the wall and kept the centre of the floor free for sprints, sled work and team circuits. STRIDE took care of the 3D design, the logistics and the full setup.
The result is a training space with six RAPTOR Half Racks, 247 m² of STRIDE rubber tiles, 100 m² of Play Turf on shockpad, Olympic barbells, bumper plates and hex dumbbells, STRIDE X-Sleds and X-Ropes, plyo boxes and gym rings. Everything the physical tests demand, in one place.
