NESTA - STRENGTH AND PILATES, DESIGNED AROUND WOMEN
NESTA STUDIOS brings a training method built for women to Sant Gervasi, Barcelona.
Founder and centre director Irene Mendo often felt that her body didn't respond to training the way generic programmes promised. The problem, she concluded, wasn't women's bodies but how little they had been studied. Nesta is her answer: functional strength and Pilates in one method, designed around female physiology and every life stage, from the hormonal cycle to pregnancy, postpartum and menopause. Training happens in small groups and one-to-one sessions, with technique, progression and long-term health ahead of aesthetic pressure.
STRIDE equipped Sala Base, Nesta's strength and movement room: a RAPTOR wall-mount rig, Olympic and technique barbells, bumper plates, dumbbells and kettlebells, Airbike and rower, plus all the functional and storage gear for group classes and personal training.

Calm design, serious equipment
Sala Base follows Nesta's minimal identity: white walls, warm light and a large black N on the wall. STRIDE's all-black equipment fits that look, so the room feels calm and studio-like while holding everything a strength session needs.
- A RAPTOR wall-mount rig along the wall, with pull-up bars, J-cups, suspension trainers and a hip thrust attachment

- Dumbbell rack, kettlebells and a STRIDE band rack within arm's reach
