The STRIDE Fractional Plate SET - BLACK (set of 5 pairs; 0,5kg-2,5kg) includes five pairs of precision-machined fractional plates for micro-loading. Fractional plates allow weight increases of 0.5–2.5 kg per side, which is essential for continued progression on lifts where standard 2.5 kg jumps are too large.
CNC-machined from solid steel for accurate weight. Magnetic grip holds the plates securely on the barbell sleeve. Available in colour-coded or black finish. Suitable for Olympic and powerlifting barbells.
