How to return a product.

1Announce your returnUse the form below within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the product you want to return.

2Receive the instructionsWe reply within one business day with the instructions and the return address.

3Pack and send itPack the product well, unused and complete, in its original packaging. Goods on a pallet go back on a pallet, in agreement with us. The cost of the return is yours.

4Get your money backWithin 14 days after we have received and checked the product, we refund its purchase price with the same means of payment.
Conditions
You announce the return within 30 days of delivery.
The product is unused, undamaged and complete, with all accessories and manuals.
It is in its original packaging.
The original delivery costs are not refunded.
Not eligible
Products made to measure, to your specifications or personalised, such as flooring cut to size or racks with your logo.
Products assembled or installed by us or on your site.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason. The 30-day guarantee comes on top of that and does not affect your legal rights.
